YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND TEAM
Are you passionate about sustainability, digitalization, and AI? Join our Sustainability Team and help our clients calculate their greenhouse gas emissions, enabling them to make informed, sustainable decisions. In this role, you will contribute to customer support, research, and product development while actively helping to enhance our services. Your work will improve the accuracy of our environmental analyses and increase customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the preparation of client meetings on a wide range of topics related to greenhouse gas emissions accounting.
- Conduct research on current sustainability topics and the relevant regulatory and legislative developments.
- Develop and refine our greenhouse gas accounting methodologies to ensure compliance with the latest standards and guidelines.
- Support the team in advancing our AI capabilities to make our tools even more powerful and effective.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO THRIVE
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Natural Sciences, Sustainability, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least one year of study remaining.
- You have initial experience in product- and corporate-level carbon accounting and a solid understanding of greenhouse gas accounting standards (e.g. the GHG Protocol, ISO standards).
- You have a basic understanding of emissions factor databases (e.g. ecoinvent, GaBi).
- You are familiar with key sustainability regulations, such as the CSRD, EU Taxonomy, CBAM, and CSDDD.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and/or ETL processes is an advantage.
- You have excellent English and good German skills.
- You are available to work 2–3 days per week.
